The Central Board of Secondary Education has officially released the admit cards for the CBSE Direct Recruitment Quota (DRQ) Tier 2 Exam 2026 on April 15. Candidates who qualified for the next stage can now download their hall tickets from the official website.
Candidates must log in using their application number and date of birth on the official portal (cbse.gov.in) to access the admit card. The hall ticket includes important details such as exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam center address. Authorities have made it clear that entry to the exam hall will not be allowed without a printed copy of the admit card along with valid photo identification.
The Tier 2 exam will take place on April 18 and 19, followed by April 25 and 26, 2026. This stage is important for candidates applying to Group A, B, and C posts under CBSE. Those preparing for government jobs can also explore opportunities like SSC Phase 14 Recruitment 2026.
Earlier, the board released city intimation slips on April 8 to help candidates plan their travel. Most exams will run in two shifts. The morning shift will be from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The afternoon shift will be from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates should reach their centres early to avoid last-minute issues.
This update comes during a busy phase in India’s academic and recruitment cycle. Several board results and government exam updates are being released at the same time. It also shows how digital systems now help conduct large-scale exams more efficiently.
