The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the HP Board 12th Result 2026 today, May 4, at 11 AM. Students from Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams can now check their scores online at https://hpbose.org.
This year, 74,637 students passed out of 81,417 candidates. The overall pass percentage stands at 92.02%, showing clear improvement from last year. Girls performed better than boys once again. This trend has continued steadily over the past few years in Himachal Pradesh.
Topping the Science stream is Sayla Kashyap with an impressive 99% score. Close behind are Sachita Dhiman and Parshi Sharma with 98.6%, followed by Tamanna Sharma, Nitin Kumar, and Vaishali Thakur, each scoring 98.4%.
HPBOSE conducted the Class 12 exams from March 3 to April 1, 2026 at multiple centres across the state.

Students must score at least 33% marks in each subject, including theory and practical. Those who fail in one or more subjects can appear for compartment exams. The board will announce dates soon. Students who scored 20% or more but want better marks can apply for re-evaluation. The fee is ₹1,000 per subject.
The online marksheet is provisional. Students must collect their original certificates from their schools for use in higher education admissions And are advised to rely only on official sources for accurate updates and avoid misinformation.
