We built JobUAI because we watched brilliant people get overlooked — not because they weren't good enough, but because the process was never designed for them. The developer who writes exceptional code but freezes in structured interviews. The recruiter drowning in an inbox of 300 resumes, making decisions in 7-second bursts. The placement officer manually coordinating 2,000 students across 40 companies on a spreadsheet. The hiring problem isn't a niche issue. It's universal. And it's been unsolved long enough.
