1. Data Collection & The “Two Profiles”

We maintain strict data segregation to ensure your privacy:

  • Internal Training Data: Career history and Profile Details used to calibrate the AI Simulator.
  • External Application Data: Resumes and contact info intended for real-world employers (CV Builder/Scanner).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Simulation Personalization: To generate relevant interview questions based on your unique background.
  • Discovery & Matching: If “Discovery Mode” is enabled, we share anonymized performance metrics and skills with verified recruiters to facilitate headhunting.
  • Application Transmission: When you apply for a “Real Job,” we transmit your designated CV and contact data directly to that employer.
  • Security & Improvement: We use anonymized metadata to prevent fraud and improve the accuracy of our ATS Scanner and AI models.

3. Data Security & Integrity

  • Encryption: All data, including uploaded resumes, is protected via AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
  • Data Isolation: Your files are stored in isolated environments. We do not sell your personal data, resumes, or transcripts to third-party data brokers.
  • Third-Party AI Guardrails: We use secure, private API tunnels to process simulations. Our AI partners cannot use your personal career data to train their public models.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Retention: We store your data for the duration of your active account to track your career progress.
  • The Right to be Forgotten: You may request a full account deletion at any time. Upon request, all resumes, profile details, and mock transcripts will be permanently purged.
