- No Guarantee of Real-World Accuracy: Questions and scenarios are simulations and may not reflect the actual hiring criteria or interview formats of any specific employer.
- No Guarantee of Employment: Preparing on JobUAi does not guarantee a job offer, an interview, or any specific career outcome.
3. Real Job Applications (Beta/Upcoming)
- Facilitation Only: JobUAi provides a conduit to browse and apply for real-world jobs. We are not the employer.
- Hiring Decisions: All hiring decisions are made solely by the external companies. JobUAi is not responsible for the outcome of any real-world application or the conduct of any employer on the platform.
4. Recruiter Discovery Mode
- Opt-In Feature: By activating "Discovery Mode," you authorize JobUAi to showcase your professional profile and "Readiness Scores" to verified partner employers.
- Anonymity: Your personal contact details remain hidden until you accept an interest request from an employer.
5. Limitation of Liability
JobUAi shall not be liable for any career decisions, loss of opportunity, or inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback. Users should cross-reference AI suggestions with professional career advice.
